- Do not take Foundayo if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2), or if you are allergic to orforglipron.
- Common side effects include nausea, mild diarrhoea, vomiting, indigestion, abdominal pain, reflux and fatigue, most often when starting or increasing the dose. Read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medicine.
- Rare but serious effects can include acute pancreatitis, gallbladder disorders and severe dehydration. Seek immediate medical attention if you have severe or persistent stomach pain. For emergencies call 999.
- Do not use if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
