Already on treatment? Carry on where you left off.
If your last prescription was issued within the past 60 days and you can show us evidence of your previous supply, our prescriber may be able to continue you at your current dose, so you do not have to start again.
You would be in good company
These are real figures from Quick Meds weight loss patients, not clinical trial averages.
Of the roughly 6,460 patients with two or more weigh-ins, so progress could be measured, 5,248 lost weight, an average of 9.0 kg each. Results vary from person to person and depend on your dose, diet and activity. Our weight loss patients are 83% female and 17% male.
Continuing on your current dose
To continue you at the dose you are already on, our prescriber needs to be satisfied you have been supplied it before. That means your last prescription must have been issued within the past 60 days, and you need to show us evidence of that previous supply. Any of the following is fine:
- A photo of your current pen or packaging showing the strength
- Your most recent prescription
- A pharmacy receipt, invoice or dispensing label
Whichever you send, it needs to show your full name, the name of the medicine and the dose, and be dated within the last 60 days. You upload it during your consultation.
If your prescriber is not satisfied, or your last prescription is older than 60 days, they may ask you to restart at a lower dose. That is a clinical decision and it is made in your interest.

Important safety information
Weight loss injections and tablets are prescription-only medicines. They are not suitable for everyone and are supplied only where a UK prescriber judges treatment safe and appropriate for you. They are prescribed alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity, not instead of them.
- Tell us about all medicines you take and any medical conditions, and be accurate about the dose you are currently on.
- Do not increase your dose yourself. Dose changes are a decision for your prescriber.
- Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation and stomach pain. Read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medicine.
- Results vary from person to person. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome.
- If you experience severe or persistent stomach pain, seek medical advice promptly. For emergencies call 999.
Report suspected side effects to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk.
