Suitable for

Men aged 18 and over who have difficulty getting or keeping an erection.

Not suitable if you:

  • take nitrate medicines for chest pain or angina, such as GTN spray or isosorbide mononitrate
  • use poppers (amyl nitrite)
  • take riociguat for pulmonary arterial hypertension
  • have severe heart disease, unstable blood pressure, or have recently had a heart attack or stroke
  • have severe liver problems
  • have an inherited eye condition such as retinitis pigmentosa, or a history of NAION
  • do not have erectile dysfunction. These medicines are not for recreational use

For tadalafil products (Cialis Together and Avarante): if you take alpha-blockers such as doxazosin or tamsulosin, speak to a clinician first.

Do I need a prescription?
No. These are Pharmacy (P) medicines. You complete a short questionnaire instead, and one of our pharmacists reviews it before your order is dispatched.
How long does the questionnaire take?
About three minutes.
What if I'm not suitable?
Our pharmacist will contact you and the treatment will not be dispatched.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain, unbranded packaging sent as QM Logistics, with nothing on the outside showing what is inside.
What's the difference between sildenafil and tadalafil?
Sildenafil lasts up to 4 hours and can be slowed by a heavy meal. Tadalafil lasts up to 36 hours and is not affected by food.
Is Eropid the same as Viagra Connect?
Both contain sildenafil 50mg. They work in the same way and for the same length of time.
Can I take one every day?
No. Take no more than one tablet in any 24 hours for sildenafil products, and one in any 24 hours for Cialis Together and Avarante. These are for occasional use.
What are the common side effects?
Headache, dizziness, flushing, indigestion, a blocked nose and temporary changes to vision are the most common. Full details are in the leaflet with your medicine.
When will it arrive?
Orders approved by 3pm are dispatched the same day. Delivery times depend on the service you choose, from next working day.
